Considering the chronic food supply deficit coupled with a high population growth perspective in Africa, the AMN Group has committed resources in cooperation with the University of  Bordeaux I, in order to revisit the entire food clusters such as the  Baobab one in the light of a methodology developed by the Paris Ecole des Mines which is widely used by the prime contractors of the  aerospace and rail transportation industries to innovate or change their business models onto their market.

The project will cover the entire year 2017-2018 with the support of ENSCBP professors and experts in food processing and agro-business.

Beyond the specific baobab cluster it is a generic tool that is targeted to tackle the challenges of future developments of the group in new domains of business.
